    Thanks guys. I’ll try those suggestions. This site comes up on Google as having had its passwords compromised. It’s not like my info here is all that sensitive, but with quarantine, I have a lot if free time on my hands. LOL. PS: Wow, haven’t heard the name Keith in a while.

    Who knew there were so many methods? LOL.

    I use an old “disposable” tupperware”. I put chanin in it, laying flat, but kind of wound into a spiral, so it fits. I put an inch of orange citrus degreaser (by the gallon at big box Home Depot, etc.). Clean with an old tooth brush. Let dry on onld rags or paper towls. Lube.

    I’ve been using Sidis forever. They have the “mega” sizes now, which are wider, although I don’t use them. I do use drugstore arch inserts with good effect.
