Frenchman David Moncoutié (Cofidis) has reconsidered putting an end to his cycling career this year. The 34-year-old climbing specialist has had an incredible run in this years Vuelta a Espana, winning the stage finishing atop theSierra Nevada climb, and sealing up the King of the Mountains competition by riding well consistently through the mountains .
Cofidis has been a long-time supporter of professional cycling, and it’s the company’s president Francois Migraine who wanted to see the man who has spent his entire career on the team keep his success going.
“I have not yet signed,” acknowledged Moncoutié to Tuttobiciweb.it, “but the president [of Cofidis] Francois Migraine has convinced me to continue.”
