Cofidis rider Sébastien Minard won the French semi-Classic Paris-Camembert today, the third race in the Coupe de France series.  The Frenchman took his win out of a breakaway over compatriot Maxime Médérel (BigMat-Auber 93).  The duo made their decisive move 4 kilometers from the finish of the 206.5 kilometer race, when they rode away from a select group of 19 riders.  Laurent Mangel (Saur-Sojasun) rounded out the podium in third, crossing the line 24 seconds behind Minard.

Today is the second victory for Minard, his first being stage 10 of the 2005 Tour de l’Avenir during his first year as a professional.  The 27-year-old made it two in a row for his Cofidis team following Leonardo Duque’s win in the Cholet-Pays de Loire last month.  Duque maintains his lead in the Coupe de France by finishing in fifth place, 34 seconds behind his teammate.
