After spending some time training in South Africa, Team Milram is hoping their team captain Linus Gerdemann will come into the upcoming Mallorca Challenge with strong legs.

“The Mallorca Challenge has a very challenging profile, which is good for our strong team. After the long winter training, we are all happy that things are finally happening. Our goal is, quite clearly, to show a good performance and bring in results,” says Gerdemann.

Team director Christian Henn explains the unique nature of the Mallorca Challenge. “The Mallorca Challenge consists of five one-day races carried on consecutive days. Every rider who is registered for the Challenge can take part in as many races as he wants. Riders who participate in all five races are listed in an unofficial overall ranking.”

To back up Gerdemann, Henn is bringing Christian Knees, Johannes Fröhlinger, Thomas Rohregger Markus Fothen as well as Dominik Nerz, Markus Eiclher, Thomas Fothen, Paul Voß, Matthias Ruß and Fabian Wegmann to Mallorca.

With the title sponsor Milram leaving the sport at the end of the year it is even more important that the team starts to make an impression right away.
