Seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong has just announced to the world via Twitter that he and girlfriend Anna Hansen are expecting their second child.  The baby, who is likely the youngest Twitter user in history, has an October date for delivery.

His/her first Tweet was: “I got 2 arms, 2 legs, a nickname, and i’m 2 inches long. See y’all in October..”

Like its father (s)he [Cincoarmstrong on Twitter] has mastered the art of communicating with 140 characters or less adding, “I’m now the size of a lemon, 3.5 inches long, and weigh 1.5 ounces. And oh yeah, I’m on Twitter.”

Armstrong tweeted earlier this evening, “Getting ?’s today about someone I’m following, a certain @Cincoarmstrong. What to say? Yet another blessing in our lives. I cannot wait!”

In addition to “Cinco Armstrong”, the RadioShack rider has his youngest, Max, with Hansen, and three children, Luke, Grace and Bella, with his former wife Kristen.  Cinco looks set to take on the name Jack or Olivia once born, since (s)he has the name JackOlivia on Twitter.

This July Armstrong will attempt his eighth Tour de France win as he faces former Astana teammate Alberto Contador.  Whatever the outcome two things are certain; Armstrong will put up a fight and he will end his year on a high note with the birth of his fifth child.

The American is currently competing in the Tour of the Gila in New Mexico, with his next big race scheduled to be the Tour of California.  He is then expected to race either the Dauphiné Libéré or the Tour de Suisse before he takes on the Tour de France.
