If you have been following cycling for a while, you can remember the epic battles between Tour de France greats Lance Armstrong and Jan Ullrich during the Alpine climbs.
If you’re new to the sport and don’t own the DVDs it seems that history might repeat itself. Austrian website LaOla1.at has quoted Jan Ullrich as saying, “If Lance returns, I would have to start again. Seriously, something I have never considered.”
Which end of the peloton they will be frequent remains to be seen, but if the motivation is present it will make for a great show.
