Rabobank Continental, arguably the best development team in the world, had added five Dutch riders to its roster, including Jasper Bovenhuis, Nick van der Lijke, Barry Markus, Moreno Hofdland and Wilco Kelderman according to Wielermagazine.

Several spots are opening up as riders move up to the Pro-Tour teams, including National Champion Steven Kruijswijk (Rabobank), Michel Kreder (Garmin), and American Tejay van Garderen (Columbia), and recently second overall at the Tour de L’Avenir. Belgian sprinter Michael van Staeyen has been linked to the Pro-Continental team Topsport Vlaanderen.

Dennis van Winden is still negotiating whether or not he will make the step to Rabobank’s Pro-Tour team while Thomas Berkhout, current stagiare with Vacansoleil, and Thomas Rabou will definitely be leaving to the team.
